1.Pull the cord toward the left to unlock the blinds. 

First,you should grasp the cord firmly, and then bring it across the face of the window at a 45-degree angle. You may also need to pull on the cord slightly to unlock the blinds.

2.Release the cord slowly to lower the blinds. 

Once you unlock the blinds, continue to hold the cord to the left. Then, gradually loosen your grip to let it rise slowly.

Be sure to continue to hold the cord to the left, or the blinds may lock into place.

Going slowly will help prevent the cord from becoming tangled in the locking mechanism.

3.Lower both strings of the cord at the same time to keep the blinds even. 

If your blinds become crooked as you lower them, pull down on just 1 of the 2 strings to make them even again. 

If the 2 sides become even more uneven, try pulling the other string, instead.

4.Lock the blinds in place by pulling the cord to the right. 

Once the blinds reach where you want them, grasp the cord firmly to stop them from going up farther. 

Then, pull the cord over to the right of the window to lock the blinds in place.

Let go of the cord slowly to make sure that the blinds are locked properly.
